These Charcuterie/serving trays are made from Walnut, Oak and Spalted Maple. The size for the Walnut Board with handles is 18"X15"X7/8"-GORGEOUS!! The other boards are 15 1/2"X12"X7/8". All finished with Mineral Oil and ready to use. 100% food safe! They can be easily maintained by rubbing them down with Mineral Oil when they start to look dry.
